Program Name and Consent Method
The Clear Skin Esthetics service-messaging program provides appointment-related text messages to clients who voluntarily opt in through an optional, unchecked checkbox in the online booking form.
Checking the box is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or booking a service.
Types of Messages
Service-related messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations;
- Appointment reminders;
- Scheduling or rescheduling updates;
- Cancellation notices;
- Provider or location updates; and
- Replies to client-initiated appointment questions.
Marketing Messages
Marketing messages may include special offers, service information, business updates, and event announcements. Marketing consent requires a separate optional, unchecked consent checkbox and is not combined with service-message consent.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies according to appointments, client requests, and any messaging programs for which the client has separately provided consent. Message and data rates may apply under the recipient's wireless plan. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting Out
A client may also communicate a clear request to stop text messages through another reasonable contact method. After opting out, appointment communications may be provided by email or telephone when available.

Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties.
Information may be shared with Peach Suite Pro, telecommunications providers, and other service providers as reasonably necessary to deliver and administer the messaging service.

Changes to the Program
Clear Skin Esthetics may modify or discontinue the messaging program. Material changes will be reflected in the version of these SMS Terms posted on this website.
